I don’t understand. Eighteen people visited the site after I put out a comment that I was very frustrated because I cannot figure out how to put a picture on the blog. 18 people. That is more in one week than have been here all month

Poet in the Rain 
I too have a problem with pictures; no trouble with the lead picture but I do not know how to insert other pictures into the text. solution? I do without them. after all, I figure, as writers the text is more important anyway
John, good comment. But, I’m stubborn and keep trying. I’ve tried to change the them as well, but it just isn’t doing what I want. But there are limitations on WordPress. The only way to have complete control is to develop my own pages and I may wind up doing something like that. My problem is that I write about various things and I like to keep the poetry separate…but, here is the question….should I? Would consolidation be better? I don’t know. What do you think.
It’s because of the medium – a tech geek problem, eg., posting pictures, is a challenge that brings out the tech geeks – everyone wants to offer their solutions. I think we’re still in the cat’s-whisker radio days of internet communication wherein it’s all still do-it-yourself.
